I've been knowingly dealing with the issue for at least four years (but it goes back more years before I was aware I had stone in my gb), taking Lidan Paishi and this rejuvica tincture as well as rejuvica's vitaliver, which are both great products, but if you have stones and sludge, use TUDCA, it helps your body expel them. TUDCA maintenance phase will keep you from developing more stones/sludge, so you never have the problem again. I wish I'd found out how to maximize TUDCA/how to take TUDCA to get rid of stones/sludge years ago. I'm loving having my natural high energy coming back. Most of all I didn't want to have gallbladder removal surgery, which does not resolve the root cause of the issue which starts in the liver and can be exacerbated by low fat diet, vegan diet, vegetarian diet. I've been using this product for years. I know it works because I had to have a kidney removed. Initial x-rays showed 2 kidney stones in my right kidney (was getting left one removed). The next time I got x-rays, both stones in right kidney were gone! I've had chronic stones since I was 24 years old (now 50). Doctors told me I was just one of the lucky few that is prone to getting them no matter what I do. Haven't had a stone in over 6 years. I use this stuff religiously on a daily basis to keep my kidneys clean. Great product!

Recently received and using daily as directed. Eliminating some kidney pain flare up. Can not say for a fact that it is actual product or mass increase in daily water intake (1/2 body weight in fluid ounces of filtered or bottled) recommended. Still testing. Take with juice in morning on empty stomach. No bad after taste. Easy dropper dosage. Don't know where the reason for the "avoid" certain foods or liquids comes from unless you have allergies or take a medication that restricts their consumption. If you have been diagnosed with kidney, bladder and/or gallstones issues, you will already have a few things to change in diet as well as using common sense. Have had no bad side affects. Plan on more bathroom breaks.
