After 6 years of shelf life they are still good.
Bought these for my family bug out bags for just-in-case scenario. They held up pretty good. Only 2 bags out of 10 lost seal. They taste just like crackers with coconut flavor. Not too dry and not too moist. Perfect to eat without water around. Even rats love them! Just found out that they raided on of the backpacks but they are expired anyway so no hard feeling (I already caught rats:))). I am about to buy new batch. I wish shelf life was longer.
