Es bonito pero no se ve tan real. Llegó roto, pero pegado le aumenta el realismo
El tazón kintsugi llegó roto. Seguramente por el viaje tan largo y el trato rudo que le pueden dar a los paquetes y lo delicado de la taza. Decidí pegar los pedazos porque le agrega más realismo a la taza. En general es bonita pero las líneas doradas se ven pintadas, y no uniendo fragmentos rotos. Decidí no devolverla porque los fragmentos pegados realzan un poco la filosofía kintsugi. Recomiendo más cuidado con los paquetes o protegerlos mejor para que no se rompan por el camino.

Awesome gift!
I gave this to my GF as a symbol of how we both have our broken pasts but with God’s love we are mended, forgiven, and made more valuable than before. It went over…. VERY WELL 😆Shipping was super fast and the bowl was gorgeous!

Doesn’t resemble the photo
Instead of beautiful systemic gold-inlaid fractures, there are just a couple of small patches on either side of the bowl with some gold webbing painted on. A real letdown. Even the shape of the bowl is different.

Well made, not authentic
I like the cup but it is clear they drew the design of the fracture pattern to mimic real kintsugi. There is a photo in the website of this. The cup was not broken and repaired. A bit misleading. Makes it more functional perhaps and still conveys the meaning as a metaphor.
