The kit was exactly as described! I also purchased a little machine to blow up the balloons to make it easier. So happy with the product! My daughter graduated in December (in AZ) so I was concerned about inflating inside then setting up in 40-60 degree temps outside but the balloons were great! The arch is still sitting there inflated the next day! Will definitely buy from them again.

Half the balloons popped while blowing them up. Was blowing them up small to medium. Even the small ones popped. Poor quality.

This is the perfect sized set for use with a 7.2 foot metal circle stand (with white cover, both purchased separately). I loved that the balloons didn't look cheap and see through and the big balloons plus the fancy stars and confetti balloons really upped the entire look. Loved it. High impact party decor for such a low cost. I didn't even use about 20 of the balloons because it was already so full.
