Consistency is key
I have to agree with some of the other reviews about patience. This obviously does not work right away or not even in a months time. I think consistently is key. I started taking this a month ago and it did absolutely nothing as far as weight loss. However, now I’m on my second bottle, and this is month two, and I’m starting to see some weight loss, albeit slowly. I guess it takes a few months for this to get working which means you can’t give up after 30 days. I realize the cost can add up if you need to take it for months to see results, but I honestly am starting to see results.

I didn't lose drastically, but it did help me with craving of sugar and curved my appetitie. I at least lost 8lbs. Would continue to use because I don't reach for junk food to eat.

Just to let you know, linoleic acid is an omega 6 fatty acid, not an omega 3 (under product description).
