It just solves the purpose of an ice pack. Plastic quality is not that great, Shell bulges when kept inside freezer and edges of the product delivered got dented at the time of receipt

Very useful
I'm using this product for atleast 3 months now. It is really useful for backache or showlder pain. Just keep it in the deep freezer always and it is ready to use whenever you need. I bought it for my mom also.

Very helpful!
Very happy with the product. I have been using them in an icebox to preserve fish and food. Just by replacing the ice packs as the liquid within thawed with frozen ice packs, I could keep food safe for 3 days!! These icepacks are reasonably big. Being able to see the liquid within gives us an idea when to replace them. So far no liquid leak.

Plastic quality not good.
Plastic got bulged after keeping it for 8 hrs in Freezer, there is no instructions,for how long and temp.it is to be kept...Bad quality..
