update had a small problem with 2nd mirror, customer service was great and resolved the problem quickly and to my satifaction heats up quik. battery last quite a while. worked great till I dropped it and shattered...lol buying a second one. only peave is charger hole cover is sooooo tiny and easy to lose

I ordered this to replace an older one that I had. The old one I had you had to put hot water in it. Well...the tape didn't hold and it fell and broke the reservoir that held the water. Still worked, just not as well. Then it fell off the wall the second time and shattered into half a dozen pieces. I could have replaced it with the same one, but this one was cheaper and had newer technology. I LOVE the heating feature. I'm also not a slow shaver, so right now it's going on 3 weeks without a recharge. And it's so much brighter than my old one. Now as long as it stays on the wall.....lol

When I opened the box, it was nicely packaged and even came with an extra hook. You do have to be careful when applying the hook and razor holders or it will hang crooked. The mirror was big enough to see my entire ugly mug while shaving. The best part is the heating element inside. I turn it on when I step into the shower and takes about a minute to defog itself. The battery lasted several uses before I had to charge it. The light could be a little brighter, but it does the job. I used it for about 2 weeks… until today. I have a small corner stall shower with a plastic floor. It is big enough to towel off in so I don’t have to step out of the shower dripping wet, but just barely. While drying off this morning I somehow knocked the mirror off its hook and it fell. Even with my foot breaking the fall, the mirror cracked into a bunch of pieces. It did remain in tact, but the translucent ring around the mirror did not. So I have little sharp pieces somewhere in the bottom of my shower. Not cool with bare feet! So if you buy this mirror, make sure you secure it on the hook somehow. It works great but is too fragile to go in a shower.

Bought this to use while shaving in the shower. Instructions say to keep it clear of water spray and avoid splashing it. Don’t know about your shower but spray goes everywhere in mine. Battery life isn’t as good as other reviewers. I need to charge about once a week and that is with using it to shave daily and turning it off as soon as I’m done. Not bad, but based on other reviews I was expecting better. It does fog up, but more slowly than when off. I usually need to wipe it off (with my hand) 1 to 2 times per shave when on, and at least 5 times when it is off/out of charge. Overall it is an improvement over what I had, but not as good as I’d hoped for.

Perfect for shaving in the shower.

UPDATE: Now, a year later, I thought it was only appropriate to update from my original review, below. I have noticed a significant deterioration in battery life over the past six months and now I am only able to get less than half the use out of a single charge than when it was new. It still works great but the battery is slowly dying. I attempted to contact RRtide directly about this last week and they have not responded to my inquiry. So, I'm assuming this is normal. Just be aware that the battery life will not last forever and it will eventually need more frequent charging. Original Review: I've had this mirror for a few months now and, so far, I'm really impressed. The anti-fog heater is fast and works great, and the light is perfect for my needs. I have found that I can get about 12 shaves out of a single charge. I also liked that the razor holders, included, are versatile and can be mounted separately from the mirror. I opted to hang them on the shower wall instead of the mirror and the adhesive pads, also included, worked perfectly for this. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I only wish it had a longer warranty, just in case.

Hubby loves it!

Battery lasts about 4 days if you use it 10 mins a day. I chose this one because I wanted a mirror mounted tight against the wall to prevent accidentally knocking it off while drying. However, Comes with 2 hooks that are stickers so pick your spot wisely. Other mirrors stick so far out and I always hit them with my towel. The light is a nice bonus and it doesn’t fog up when it’s on.

This wasn’t the cheapest heated mirror and the adhesive last two days and fell off the tile and smashed. It was solidly fixed and fell off in the middle of the night. Complete waste f $100.
