I have tried several knee sleeves elsewhere. This one is a good fit. I ordered the black/ gray with wide band at top. Recommend this. I ordered large with my measurement at the low end. Snug but comfortable & supportive. I have only had this for 2 days. Wear it all day but not to sleep.

I have osteoarthritis so little cartlidge in my knees. I volunteer for a cat rescue and it's kitten season so I'm up ladders, down on the floor, and quickly changing directions so I don't step on a little one between my feet. I'm putting off surgery until I can't take the pain. I have tried around 10 knee compression sleeves and none of them worked for me. Either the blood was cut off because they were too tight or I had blood flow but no compression.These are amazing for me. My thigh, where they said to measure, is 16". I have some muscle and but am not very tone. 16" was the high end of a small size range and the low end of medium size range. I went with the medium hoping for the best. The medium fits great. I do have small indentations at the top and bottom where the gripping material is, but the marks dissappear within 15 min and the indentation marks don't hurt at all. I have enough compression at the knee to have the support to keep my knee from hitting bone on bone. I can even sleep in them if my knees are really bad on a day. And they are not hot to wear while chasing cats around.Getting them on and off is easy - just pull over the calf, fold in half at the top of the knee cap, and pull the folded part over the knee cap. Do the reverse to get them off.I love all the color options. If I'm wearing a brace, I want to have fun with the colors. I try to match the color with the outfit of the day. Plus black shows a lot of cat hair.I put these into the laundry in mesh laundry bags and wash with tshirts on cold tap. I let them air dry. They still work great.These do bunch a little behind the knee, but unless you get a brace that locks into a position, material will always bunch at the joint bend. These are styled so there isn't much material to bunch up.These won't fit everyone since everyone is built differently, but I recommend giving these a try. And the fact that you get 2 in the package is a great value.

Works great for my arthritic knee. Wasn't expecting much and this allows me to have much more function without the knee feeling wobbly . Purchased a size larger - I had a different one and was a size smaller and it really pinched and hurt. This one feels snug and hasn't lost it's elasticity after a week. Very supportive . If you don't have toned thighs ( like me) I recommend the larger size . The reviews for the smaller ones probably have really toned legs.

Best Amazon purchase ever. This knee sleeve got me up & walking pain free after 6 frustrating weeks on the couch. (non-injury, injury from osteo-arthritis + torn meniscus) Well-made, perfect support/compression, non-slip & surprisingly comfortable on my thick Irish Legs. Although not in the description, I took a chance tried using one in the pool & I'm thrilled to be back to lap swimming. With proper rinsing & air drying, I think it will last. Nice to have 1 sleeve for swimming and 1 for regular wear.

The brace I'd been using for some years needed to be retired, so I thought I'd try a different style, one without the velcro strapping. These work ok, but have the tendency to bind behind the knee when doing anything at all vigorous, e.g. yoga or on my lift bench. Sizing was according to instructions. So I bought a new one of my velcro style.

Started walking on my treadmill after a knee replacement and had discomfort the next day. This brace really makes my right knee feel secure and no longer have any discomfort. When I started my left knee would hurt the next day. So I started wearing this brace when I walked and I no longer have any pain in that knee either. They are also very comfortable to wear.

Very comfortable fit with good support. Love the subtle beige color that doesn’t stand out like black does. Stays in place too.
