Worked great for Ireland trip. One thing I did not realize, this is just an adapter that fixes the physical difference in plugs. It allows you to plug US devices into UK/Irish outlets, but it does not convert voltage. Your device must be compatible with the local voltage (220-240V) on its own. My laptop did fine, but (for example) the hotels had warnings about curling irons. USB slots charged mobile devices just fine. And it works fine with multiple devices. I loved how small this was. It would be chunky in your pocket, but it's fine for a small bag.

Thank goodness for this excellent product. I recently traveled to Malaysia and Singapore and I would not have been able to program my CPAP device had I not purchased this product before my trip. If you are going to a country with an English style outlet like Singapore or Malaysia you need this product. I would actually buy a couple. I do not know what I would have done without this product and plugging in my CPAP machine. It also worked great for charging multiple cellphones and headphones.
