This is a great burner. Sturdy and well made. Large enough for a 10 gallon kettle. Heat output is excellent and more than most people will need. Fully controllable with the adjustable regulator. This unit uses what appears to be a "banjo burner", so replacements (if ever needed) should be readily available. Can be used with or without leg extensions which are quite sturdy. Frame is all-welded construction.One item I noticed is that they missed one of the notches that the grid sits in. Although I'd consider this less than perfect workmanship, it doesn't seem to affect performance in any way. Does not come with a heat shield plate to protect the drain valve. If you don't get one with your boiling pot (GasOne pots don't come with it but Bayou Classic do), I'd recommend getting one to protect the gaskets. DO NOT use insulated handled valves as the flames will melt and/or ignite the plastic, especially without the shield plate in place.

I was tired of greasy smoke clouds from frying in the house so I decided to give this a try. This burner puts out a ton of heat! The temp control dial is pretty touchy and can go from way too hot to off with only a small turn but works okay once you get used to it. A round bottom wok sits nice and stable on the rack without needing a ring. I've used it a few times now and it works great. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the legs. They don't seem the most sturdy and could have better fit and finish but for my use they are fine.

I bought this because I purchased a wok. I learned that to use a wok, it's best to use High heat. This also can create a lot of smoke inside the home. I use this outside and it produces the high heat that really brings out the flavor of the food. It is sturdy and easy to adjust the heat. The height is adjustable but fits perfectly for me. I had no issues with the legs so far and it meets my needs perfectly. I would recommend this burner if you're on the fence.

I purchased this for pressure canning my vegetable garden. It is way too powerful for an aluminum canner, so I have to run it on low to medium low heat. There are no markings on the regulator, but it is not rocket science to figure out if you need to turn the heat up or down. The burner heats the water up extremely fast. It also cools off well outside without heating up my kitchen or damaging my stove. I can at 5000 to 8500 feet above sea level. The air flow control works very well keeping the flame blue in lower oxygen situations. Remember that the more yellow flashes you see in a flame, the more soot you have to clean off of your pan. Plus, yellow flames are not nearly as hot making the cooking process much slower. Assembly was simple enough, but be aware that you may need to custom level it if you need a nearly level stovetop. The biggest shortcoming is the lack of windbreak around the burner. Falls in the Rocky Mountain region are typically breezy to quite windy. It is not much fun babysitting a burner in 10mph breezes. I will rig a windbreak, but it should have already been considered while the burner was being designed.I don't wok or home-brew so I have no opinion about those two more common outdoor burner uses.

I got this to use for canning. It seems to be perfect. Easy to assemble and use. I am not using the extended legs. they seem ok but I don’t think I’d be comfortable putting a very large pot of water on those. But it is solid for sure with the one set of legs. Also, the customer service was exceptional! I had a problem and they got back to me within 24 hours and solved the issue.

I travel full time in my travel trailer. I use this as my outdoor stove so I don’t make my trailer hot or have cooked food smells permeating everything. It works well for this purpose. It’s lightweight, portable, and reasonably adjustable temp wise. I got this one instead of Camp Chef because this one shipped two day via prime and the Camp Chef stove would have taken ten days for some reason. It works just as well and is significantly cheaper than Camp Chef.

I love it for deep frying. Frame with leg extensions allows working at a reasonable height (as opposed to kneeling on the ground) and high pressure LP with a manual control valve lets you have all the control you need to master 375 degrees for perfect french fries or deep frying a turkey. Disassembles easily to fit in limited storage space in an RV. Wind shield works very well.

I bought one stove from Gasone at the beginning but found it's very weak for my purpose, I need to use wok to stir fry. the customer service is quite responsive and helped me make a decision on finally landed on this one instead of the 200K BTU one I was planning to buy.at that time, they asked me my purpose and told me 100K BTU is more than enough for my stir fry purpose instead of just purely pushing me to buy more expensive model. just from this honest part, I highly recommend them.they fully refund my previous purchase and now I have used this new one for over month now. love the power.only suggestion, can you put the valve on the stove instead of on the propane tank side, it's very inconvenient if you need adjust the fire during the cooking. I guess there might be safety concern due to this high pressure/power?

Make it taller for smaller pots, make it lower for larger pots. Sturdy, but not too heavy. Used it for canning. This was a great purchase.
