Great quality and fast delivery, fitted to sink by plumber, love the white plug as it fades into ceramic sink and isn't obvious. Compliments the brass taps.

I think I must be a bit ocd or something but I like everything to match and haven't always been happy with the quality of some " plugs" I've bought and used in the past. This one not only matches but was very reasonable and really well made. Arrived quickly, well packed, very happy with it.

Customer wanted a white waste only . As she did not like the standard chrome. Having said that it looks great now when all is completed.

Disappointed, wasted money. Bottom of this basin waste doesn't meet UK standards. I was trying to fit standard P-trap (McAlpine) to this product and it doesn't fit. At the bottom of the tread metal is bent inwards so standard P-trap won't fit. Since I have only found out about this after fitting two of those on double basin (with silicone all around) I can't even return it. At the end, i had to buy click clack basin waste from Toolstation and replace it. The only thing I have used was white mushroom from this product (at least that had same thread as McAlpine one from toolstation. Disappointed+ minus £20 something on my side.
