It attaches to the handrail of her wheelchair in the seat area and not over the wheel. Has Velcro so you can adjust how it attaches and where it is in the wheelchair. Can be used on either side. She uses it to carry her phone, notepad, ID cards, etc and still has enough room left in the chair to be comfortable. Loved it so much that I bought 2 more. Highly recommend as it is gets the job done, is well made and looks nice.

Being wheel chair bound is no fun.. But I am thanks to a badly injured knee. Carrying a purse or tote is very difficult. Back packs are great, but impossible to reach into myself. This bag provides room for my wallet, kindle, Kleenix, a snack and many other items I need when out and about. The water bottle holder... perfection!

It just doesn't fit my wheelchair correctly.

Ordered for wheelchair. The straps that are velcro don't hold the bag up. It rubs on the wheels. My husband even put zip ties on it which helps a little but still falls down on the wheels.

This pouch really comes in handy for my husband wheelchair. Well worth the money and it's made really sturdy.

Velcro straps hold well making for simple installation on walker and wheelchair. Cute design. Handy pockets. One pocket even worked to hold a medium sized plastic cup (when on the walker). Zipper pocket is large enough to hold a small wallet and a few personal items. Definitely worth the few dollars it cost.

I bought this for my mother's wheelchair because of the good reviews. She has a very standard wheelchair similar to what you would get in a hospital. I do not understand how anyone can access the pockets when you are sitting in the chair as there is really not enough room between her body and the bag. Certainly when sitting in the chair putting a water bottle into the holder is near impossible. And if you put it in before sitting, once you're sitting, its hard to remove because of the right space. Additionally, if it is on the inside of the chair, the pockets on the back side of the bag are pushed against the arm/side of the chair so they are useless. (Note that putting the bag on the outside is not an option since it would bump into the wheels.) Also, the bag is quite long and extends past the arm rest. You have to wrap the straps at different angles to attach it which can make it a bit lopsided. She basically uses it to put a pill bottle, some tissues, and maybe a pen or something similar but overall all the great pockets go to waste. Maybe this works well attached to the handles or on a walker or a different type of chair. Material and quality is durable.
