Hi could you tell me why the heating keeps cutting off after being on only for a few minutes?

Hello Zee, thank you for contacting us. The Leckford is a thermostatically controlled heater so the unit will cut off once the room is up to temperature. The unit will then start again once the room temperature has dropped. I hope this helps and please contact us again if you have any further questions. Thank you for using Amazon answers.
