Very easy to take not messy as the liquid, increase of energy and natural increase of testosterone boost

Seems to work well and very economical. I have tried other product that cost more and don't see any difference. I believe this is the real deal.

I started taking it about a week ago. And from the second day I noticed my level of anxiety significantly decreasing. I drive in ny and boy oh boy it's nerve wrecking but not anymore. I did drop 5 pounds by the 3rd day but now I'm pregnant so I think the fertility claims is legit and I probablywon'tlose anymore weight. It taste like dirt but well worth it to me.

Nasty flavor/smell, but these are easy to swallow quickly. I had been taking supplemental iron bisglycinate for my restless legs, it’s the only thing that actually helps. I stopped taking it and switched to this . After about three weeks of taking 400mg of the shilajit, my rls returned.

I gotta say, I was sceptical. But I've lived in Nepal, which I think this product is from, and they have some really amazing things; food, drink, ayurvedic therapies, etc. And so I was curious. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now at least and I swear my energy has truly increased! Less desire always for a nap. My activities have multiplied noticeably. I say, give it a try!

In the beginning I did see some results. From reading about Shilajit, certification is critical due to the toxic metals that may come with it, if its not processed properly. I would recommend going to their website. The product is referred to as "ishalajit" instead of what is on the box, they make no mention of specific certification credentials, and who the third party is: Farmgroup from Russia (from the box), which sources for another product on Amazon as well. It is not sourced by them. Check out the addresses on the box as well. Raises more questions that answers. Emailed them about not finding the certification on the website, and didn't get a response. Overall, after about 2 weeks on the product I have noticed some signs that are bothersome, like headaches, liver issues and GI problems. Would welcome anyone having information to support the product at this point.

Easy to take and well packaged. We noticed no difference so did not reorder.
