The idea is great, and it does save time reloading the roller. Mine came with the screw insert jammed inside of the handle and the standard threaded stick did not fit the thread. End cap kept falling off with the slugh test pressure on the roller, and after no more paint can be transfered to the wall surface, there is at least a pint of wasted paint still on the roller.

For me, this worked great! Mine came with a plastic cup to pour the paint into the roller. I was able to put an entire coat on all the walls (room is a 10x10 with 9 foot ceilings) without having to refill. It did not drip at all and no splattering either. I thought I would have to put 3 coats of paint on because it looked like it was a thinner coat than I usually do but only had to touch up in a few places after 2 coats. This saved so much time and used less paint. I would prefer it to be made of a sturdier material than plastic but I get why they used plastic because with the roller filled up, it is pretty heavy, particularly when rolling up high.

If i could give this product a negative 100 i would. It is horrible! I purchased it because I had to paint the interior of my house last weekend. When I took it out of the box it says you should wash it before and let dry-DID THAT. The next day, I opened it and poured the paint inside, rolled it on newspaper for a few minutes as instructed. Paint NEVER came out. What I did was a HUGE mess and still couldn’t use this apparatus. I regret buying it. So frustrated with it! Especially since I had to go out and buy real rollers and paint brushes. WHAT A WASTE!!! Do not spend your hard earned money in this.

I would not order again. Not sure if the specific product I received was defective, but it was a disaster.

This started leaking as I was using it, and then immediately broke. Paint splattered everywhere, I lost an entire roller full of paint, and spent hours cleaning up after it.I contacted the company and they simply asked why I had not contacted them sooner. Perhaps because I purchased this in the middle of a pandemic and wasn't able to get paint prior to a few weeks after it came? It also arrived weeks after purchase.Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what their bogus return policy is, this violates the Sale of Goods Act, as well as the Consumer Protection Act.Get you money back people!!Buyer beware.

Waste of time and money. Got the paint to come out of the brush but the end kept coming off and spilling paint everywhere. Handle can’t take pressure, didn’t push too hard and it kept bending. Don’t buy this product.
