I forgot my charging wire in my rented place and was at home for more than a month. Needed the adapter for emergency case. This adapter is great for emergency situations, but I would not recommended for long-term use. I used it to charge my Garmin Fenix 7 and battery lasted for about 12 days approx. The adapter is a bit shaky and sometimes the battery charging message disappears from the screen. Overall, it's a handy thing to have in your backpack for when you need it.

It worked great for charging. MUCH better than the cables from Garmin. This plugs in with USB C charging cable - that's a great convenience. But wish it came with a string, so I could attach it to my USB-C cable. Otherwise it is bound to get lost given its so small. I had to figure out a hack using a twisting cable - which is not very elegant Otherwise great product One thing though - this one seems to fit very lightly on the watch. doesn't feel like it's "inserted" properly >>>>>>>>> Update 8 months after purchase I got this tied to my laptop charger, so it served as 2-in-1. I could charge it during the day for 15min and would be all set. Around 6 months in, it started acting inconsistent. Refused to charge - so I had to resort to cleaning the contacts with spirit, then it works for a few days.
