Not so effective as described 👎
At first, I thought that we'll fall asleep within an hour after taking the spray but doesn't seem to have much effect as described. Also, the taste last till morning which gives me sour teeth. Not so effective as I thought, maybe it's just me or my expectations were higher.

Lives up to its promise.
Flavor is a little strong and bitter and may take a bit getting used to. Have used it for three days now. Dozed off within about half hour of using it. Used to struggle to sleep for nearly 2-3 hrs, so this is a relief.Update: Initially gave this a 5. Reduced a star because it causes mild abdominal discomfort.

Had a lot of sleep issue in past and have used many melatonin products also, but this one was the most effective one.

Really loved this product, got a good affect. Taste is also good. I used some Melatonin Gummies before, but it was not giving me sleep. After using this. I'm happy

The media could not be loaded. New package & taste is nice- product is effective, but need to be taken one hour before sleep & 10 sprays works for me
