I love Elemis, their products are a bit more expense but you get what you pay for. I love this cream and have been using it for a while now.

This day cream is amazingly good. Although somewhat expensive a little goes a long way and the results are well worth the outlay. It smells nice too.

The cream is thin, but not watery, which allows for good application. A few fingertip dots around the face are all that is needed and then gently work the cream into the skin. It absorbs quickly, but not before getting even coverage. The skin is left feeling soft and smooth and I have had no adverse reactions to it. To me the scent is a little fruity and floral, but not overpowering and doesn’t interfere with any perfume I wear. The cream doesn’t interfere with any application of make-up I have used afterwards, but some experimentation may be required depending on your product range.The night cream is not a great deal different to the day cream in terms of quality and use, just less of it. It is likewise scented; I prefer unscented for night-time use but, as with the day cream, it isn’t overpowering. There is a different pack (currently more expensive) where the sizes of the day/night creams are reversed.As with many face creams, it is difficult to say if they are truly anti-aging. You are not likely to cover half your face for the next ten years and then compare the sides, so you really have to put faith in the promises of the manufacturer. Elemis have a very good reputation, so there is nothing at this time to dispute their claims and their products attract good reviews.The only thing that puts me of using this long term is the price. It is such an expensive product (currently £89) and I am finding it difficult to justify this on my budget. This around twice the price of what I would normally pay, but I can’t say that it is twice as good. Admittedly, the cost often rises exponentially to the quality and you have to find your cut-off point. If you can easily afford this, then you will not be disappointed with it. If you have a tighter budget, then there are some really good quality creams to be found for a cheaper price tag.

I bought this directly from Amazon (not the marketplace) following several positive reviews (not Amazon reviews) and thought I would treat myself. The cream is light in texture, smells faintly of urine and isn’t doing anything positive to my skin. There are far less expensive face creams out there that do just as good a job and don’t smell of wee! Obviously, I won’t be buying this again. I can do without my face smelling like a toilet.
