I'm so happy that I decided to purchase this jute rug at such a great price. I love the braided pattern and it is much softer that expected. There were no odors and the rug flattened almost immediately. It measures just slightly over 6 ft. but not the 6'7" as described but I'm fine with that. Super quick delivery. It's going under my dining table so I might not use a pad due to very light traffic. I'm sure it will shed somewhat so I'll vacuum as recommended. Overall it's a keeper and I'm very pleased!

I don't know how people are having issues with this rug. Mine is perfect and it doesn't move or lift. It doesn't have wholes and it's coming apart. I think it just depends on which one you end up getting. The one I have is great. You have to take care of it differently than you would a regular rug and you can't slide your chairs on it. It's common sense. I love mine and would buy again.

It’s beautiful, unrolled nicely and the texture is gorgeous. However, there’s quite a bit of dirt on the inside of the rug, packaged with it, not on the outside. Additionally, I can see why this rug tore apart for others, the stitching appears VERY delicate. I’m planning to layer this with another rug on top so I’m not too worried about the direct wear it will take, but if this was the only rug in my entry I can’t imagine it would last very long at all.

What a nice big rug it’s well made and sturdy. Lays nicely with no curing corners. Great value!

Absolutely love the look at this rug! I want to buy another one for under my dining room table. It’s very stylish not soft under your feet but that’s OK, I wasn’t looking for comfort. My dog has been trying to chew it and so far it’s holding up well to puppy teeth! I do recommend it! Had a slight odor when I first opened it, but that’s gone after a day or so.

First of all let me say the rug is very beautiful to the natural eye. It definitely matches and goes perfectly with my room. However it has many many flaws and isn't made extremely well. A whole on the edge, frayed edges, white thread. See the pics of the issues. I do love that is a softer weaving material. Not hard like other rugs of this nature. Honestly the only reason I'm not sending it back is because I've been decorating and buying things here and there for a while now and I just don't have the energy. But it is pretty.

I did not realize how soft this hand woven jute rug really is. Very well packaged and carefully assembled. Took me about 15 minutes to carefully unwrap the whole casing of the rug. The fibres are intact and did not have any problems with getting rid of the sticker on it (although I was very slow and cautious while removing it). It fits the exact size 5x8 feet ordered and is a accurately represented in color and quality as seen in the picture. It does not need tape to be fixated to the floor, quite thick and doesn't trip you. I had it rolled up the reverse way for a week to get rid of the curling and before laying it in the living room.

This is a great area run in my foyer. I ordered a larger one for the family room as well. However my roomba is tearing up the edges and today I saw a burn mark on it. So beware if you use a roomba on the regular.
