Though the wrist strap is adjustable the hook length is not. They were too long for my hands and the curve sat under my fingers not my palm making it uncomfortable to hold and they would slowly slip out of my grip unless I tighten the straps till they almost cut off my circulation. The design is good and I'm going to continue with these till I find one that fits me better.

What are the hooks maximum weight capacity before bending?

Hi, These are 8mm Neoprene Padded Wrist support, and the upper part does not bend. Regards, B2Fitness

Hi, I have very poor grip and thin wrists due to a medical condition. Are these any good for really thin wrists?

Hi, If you have a medical issue then we do not recommend using them unless suggested by a physician. However, you can adjust the velcro to get it tight. Regards, B2Fitness

Though the wrist strap is adjustable the hook length is not. They were too long for my hands and the curve sat under my fingers not my palm belonging it difficult to hold and they would slowly slip out of my grip unless I tighten the straps till they almost cut off my circulation. (Yes I'm a girl)
