I got these for summer guests. I ended up using them heavily as swim/ travel/ yoga class towels all winter. They are durable, soft, absorbent and generously sized. They are still perfect - in shape color, hems etc after 2 years of use. I was worried I'd miss the terrycloth cuddliness, but I don't miss it at all- the generous size makes them feel cuddly. The fact that they air dry in a snap with no worries removes a task from my life. Now I'm using them all summer at home and for swimming... So much easier than heavy wet bulky towels!

I was getting tired of fighting the musty smell battle with our thick bathroom towels that never seemed to dry. In addition, I was looking to downsize our collection of just about everything. I'm happy to say that these have accomplished both goals and we seem to be adjusting to the towels fairly well. These wash well and dry in a ridiculously short time, take up no storage space at all and dry quickly hanging in the bathroom after each use. Several tassels have unraveled from time to time, but I've re-tied them so they don't get ratty or unsightly. The towels didn't shrink excessively and they are all still uniform in size, with colors holding up well. They have gotten softer and possibly more absorbent. However, remember that these are hardly thicker than sheets and it takes very little water to soak them, so expect that they have a limited absorbance capacity.Accordingly, the only negative I can think of includes missing the sensation of having a thirsty towel actually absorb all the moisture from your body after a shower or swim. These will not do this. It's more like drip drying a bit, then blotting or wrapping yourself with a huge tea towel. 🤔 It's not ideal in that respect, but the pluses in energy conservation, space savings, humidity control and reduced energy consumption outweigh the downside imho.We are not sure how we will feel about this once winter cold sets in. Hopefully the whole family will successfully navigate blotting off most of the water and getting into a warm robe without freezing 😉 We are likely to purchase more of these and recommend them wholeheartedly to the environmentally and budget conscious shopper!

These are ok. The colors are vibrant. They are thinner than I expected. These are still really good towels, especially for guest at the pool. I have other Turkish towels I've bought through Amazon and they are a little thicker and absorb better.

These towels are fantastic! I’d used one once a long time ago and loved it. I’ve been wanting to buy them for a long time, but since I knew nothing about the original towel I was overwhelmed with the choices and price ranges.My main purpose for buying these is to save room in my small apartment. I had nice, plush towels, but they took up so much closet space, and could only be washed a few at a time. Folded, six equal one regular towel.Like everyone said, they dry really fast and get softer and more absorbent with each wash. When I first got them I washed them with white vinegar, like I use with all my laundry. Dried it on delicate for a while and just let them air dry. The second time I used medium heat for a shorter time, just to get most of the wrinkles out. NEVER use fabric softener. (You shouldn’t on any towels.)Also, they’re HUGE. They wrap much more than even my bath sheet towels because they’re so much thinner. And because they’re thin, you can tuck the ends in without worrying about the towel falling off.I love that I can throw one or even two into a beach bag without taking up all the room. At the beach they are great because they dry so fast. Sand just falls out with a shake. And when it starts to cool off you can use it as a wrap.My only regret is that I didn’t see the custom color choice. It’s fine though, because I’m going to get another set for the earthquake kit and as gifts.

To all of the negative reviewers, you are obviously doing something wrong.To start off: quality. Excellent, so far.They arrived slightly stiff and not soft, but that is to be expected as they have not been washed. After washing (I'll include a how-to at the end if you can't google) they were much softer and did not shrink because I am not a moron who washed them in hot water and then put them in a dryer. TURKISH TOWELS GET SOFTER THE MORE YOU WASH THEM[the how-to] wash in cold water with a little detergent NO softener. Air dry.That's it. It's cotton so obviously will shrink if put in high heat. As for the softener, just like any towel they will lose absorbency if washed with softener. So don't.Next up: shipping.Okay these are actually coming from Turkey. There is only one shipping option, but for me that ended up being okay.Initially after I ordered the date window for when I was supposed to receive them was something like august 8 to the 27. And I am leaving for school right in the middle of that so I was like, well crap. I'll just have to have someone ship them to me afterwards. And then I got a bad weather warning that was basically "hey there's crappy weather in Turkey right now so your package will take even longer, okay that sucks, but is not the company's fault so obviously I'm not going to be a dick and complain. But get this! They arrived in less than a week! I was so impressed (it's July 24th for reference, so almost two weeks earlier than the soonest expected arrival date!)All in all, amazing towels, would buy again, way nicer than terry cloth towels. And as long as you're not stupid they will last a very long time.Also, they are super big which is amazing, so they actually cover your whole body from armpit to knee approximately.

These are our favourite beach/lake towels. They are pretty, durable, and dry quickly. I am going to order another set.

Great product

The towels were packaged well.I noticed that the sides were not hemmed and some were fraying. I have bought other towels that just seemed to be better made and was worried how the would fair in the washing machine so I returned them. I reached out to retailer about “no Paramus label” and they replied that they didn’t put one on as the towels were thin. Sorry but my other towels all had sewn in labels because 5he sides were hemmed. Returned.
