While no heel grip works perfectly, these do the best job of the ones I've tried. The adhesive works well and most of the padding is on the sides, not on the back where it would endure the constant pull of the heel when walking.

3/4 inch is actually a bit too thick to be comfortable. The inserts do not have any type of adhesive and shift during wear causing discomfort,

Made wearing a slightly large shoe fit better. These attachment prevented shoe from falling off when crossing legs.

I had high hopes for these heel pads, but unfortunately, they didn’t work for me. While they’re easy to apply, I found them to be uncomfortable and not very effective. They didn’t stay in place well and kept shifting inside my shoes, which made them feel even less comfortable. I also didn’t notice any significant improvement in terms of cushioning or support. If you’re looking for something that actually helps with foot pain or prevents blisters, these heel pads didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend these for long-lasting comfort or support. There are definitely better options out there.

These are great. They work exactly as expected. I put them in the back of my shoe to prevent my heel from rubbing against the back and they do exactly what they should do. They are very easy to apply and they have stayed put.

Sticks well and is comfortable.
