Waste of money the sound is rubbish can't understand a word anyone says on the other end, the backlight goes off before you can hardly write a word when texting whatever setting you put it on. Great looking phone nice and chunky, ringtones etc not much choice ok if you are a digger driver. Sorry I couldn't recommend this phone to anybody.

Not bad but room for improvement
Not a bad phone, for the ruggedness it scores very well in my book, does feel like you could bounce down a flight of stairs without any concern, however my issue lay with sound quality or lack of volume to be precise. Compared to my old JCB mobile the sound on this is really awful, few times I've missed calls whilst working around loud machinery, never used to with the JCB.

Great basic phone!
A great rugged phone, with extras such as Internet access, camera, but for my needs, excellent. It isn't touch screen, it does have a slot for 2 different sims , it makes the sound of a cat machine starting up when turning on & off😁 a great phone.

Terrible battery life, delays when awaiting call process I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this phone to anyone, this is a poor attempt to a new model
