Very good pre-school game!
My son is at an age when he loves playing games and he's starting a little orchard games collection. He loves the orchard booklet and picks his next favourite game, great marketing btw. We bought this last week and he just loves playing it. He's nearly 4 and he's managing counting very well but sometimes needs a bit of help recongising the numbers. This game gives him the opportunity to practice. He didn't like the idea of 'who gets the shark loses' and he developed his own version of 'who catches the shark and feeds it the most fish wins'. The game is very good quality, as always. The spinner takes a wee bit of skill to put together so a child might need help with it. On to the next one :)

Difficult rules for a 3
It’s probably a really nice game but for older than 3 year old. My daughter gets very frustrated with the rules of this game. When you flip cards with bubbles the image on the other side doesn’t match to the number which confuses her (for example, you flip a card with 2 bubbles and on the other side it’s 4 fishes etc.). Also when you get the card with the shark it means you lost all the fish you’ve collected so far and it would be impossible to explain to a child to give away all the fish haha. Maybe she is just too young, will try this game when she is a bit older

Great game for little ones
Bought this to play with a three year old. Very sturdy and easy for little fingers. Easy rules to understand. Great for number development and also the skill of turn taking.

Brilliant game to help with counting
Bought for my near 4 year old starting reception, she loves playing the game! You start with all the bubble tiles facing upwards, so you have to find 1-5 bubbles, when you find it turn it over to find various amounts of fish different to the amount on the bubbles so you can count your amount of fish you have "caught"
