Review of Anchor Sports Workout Resistance Band (Green)After using resistance Bands at the Gym I was a little apprehensive in ordering one through Amazon for personal use at home.However, after a lot of searching I decided to try Anchor Sports as comments looked very good.With that I placed my order for one Resistance Band in Green. The Green Band has a medium resistance which I thought was my better choice.Item ordered and I was pleasantly surprised to not only receive the Amazon confirmation but a personal email from the seller (Norman) at Anchor Sports.Norman is the owner of Anchor Sports and his email details were a clear indication this guy respected his customers and took pride in his company.With the email message was a link to a pdf you can download that gives visual details of expertise’s you can do whilst using the resistance band.The following day the item arrived, very well packaged and in a bag for safe keeping when not in use. In the bag you will find the resistance band and a black heavy duty nylon door stop.Immediately I set to work trying out the various exercises I already knew and some of the one’s from the pdf file.Have to say, this band is clearly just as good as any I have used at my local Gym.It stands up well to punishment and never do you feel the band will break or fail.Further, I love the use of the heavy duty nylon door stop.You simply pass one handle through the nylon door stop, place the door stop under the bottom of a door and close the door.The door stop has a large ball sewn into the end which stops the door stop slipping out from underneath the door.I happily applied maximum resistance on he band completing a good hard 10 minute workout and not once did the band or door show any suns of a failure.Overall I am VERY impressed.Impressed the owner sent me a personal email.Impressed there was also a pdf workout to use with the band.impressed with the packaging.Finally, totally impressed with the Resistance Band.Well done Norman, you did good.

I brought the fitness tube a few weeks ago and downloaded the exercises with a view to using it on holiday. I found it so beneficial for just 10-15 minutes of exercise that I have continued to use it now I am home. As someone that travels a lot, just a few minutes exercises before I start the day can be really helpful.It was also really good value for money, less than the price of one visit to my gym.After buying the fitness tube I received a really genuine e mail with a PDF of exercises. I really appreciate their approach to customer care, I will share details of the company whenever the opportunity arises.

Really pleased

This resistance band is a stocking filler for my son and so I've only had it out to inspect it. It comes in a nice black drawstring bag. The band and handles seem really well made and the little ball you insert to change the length is ingenious - very easy to do and it means you could easily share the band as height isn't an issue. The level of resistance seems perfect for the average user.It arrived quickly and I've had good customer care from the seller (email checking I'm happy). I would buy again.

Works as should

Fast shipping, amazing product! I decided to use this product since I don’t have time to go to the gym for a long period, I have a polar watch which track the calories and I burned pretty much the same when I’m in the gym!

Would be a good product except it came with a broken handle. Pretty disappointed
