Amazon Basics Component Video Cable with Audio - 1.8 meters

Bought for various retro consoles to connect to RetroTink 5x scaler.So far have connected this between a quality component switchbox and the RetroTink, and I'm getting an excellent quality picture from N64, PS2, Wii and OG Xbox, with no discernible image degradation. Very happy with this as 5 way component cables are very hard to come by in the UK and this is a good price, good quality and fit-for-purpose item at a good price (£7.88 on Prime).

Likely the nicest cable I own. Comparable to the build quality of the GameCube Component Cable. Doesn't appear to have any bad picture quality. Coming from a Retro Videogame enthusiast who would notice any degration in video quality. I got this for my component switcher and will likely buy another so I can use that with my Roxio Game Capture HD for recording and streaming.

The cables are subtly paired into video plugs and audio plugs making it somewhat easy to work out one from the others which is helpful as both sets have a red plug. The colour coding is also subtle so take your time to look carefully.I used these to allow my mother to use a Sony Blu-ray player (which I no longer was using) to plug into her Samsung TV (HDMI was not an option so had to go this route). All plugged in ok. Output in video and sound was ok - going into a 22" LCD HD Ready there was nothing else to say :)

No use, I use a VCR and I wanted to connect my VCR to my new Samsung tv which does not have a scary socket. I used these cables and my video played in black and white

These are not a common cable connection now-a-days, as HDMI has replaced most things, however if you need this style of cable then this one is of a great quantity and value is highly recommended.

This Component Video/Audio cable was bought to use with an HDMI-to-Component Video Converter as an output cable to input to an old HDTV TV set - to use with an Amazon Fire Stick. The cable works as it says on the tin. Not too thick (cable and input end-points), good build and quality, and a good price.
