Blue Canyon Free Standing Pedestal Shaving/Make Up Mirror

Thought I was buying the same one I did a few months ago but was mistaken. Very similar however the magnification is much less that I was hoping for (probably my fault for not checking). It is ok to assemble however this one has a cushioned pad that sticks to the bottom with no hole to access the screw that supports the stand. So when the screw loosened (as it probably would due to use over time), I had to make a hole to access the screw to tighten. Not too much of an issue but a design fault.

I have been using a magnifying mirror for a few years but it was on a short pedestal which meant I was looking down into the mirror which distorted my face (these things happen in old age!!!). So buying this taller version has been a real eye opener (literally) and helps also because the light now hits my face full on rather than in shadow. The other thing about this mirror is that the magnification glass does not distort the further away I get which is sign of a good quality product. There is a small amount of assembling needed, feels like sturdy materials were used which gives me a sense of quality. Very pleased with the purchase all round.

this mirror is designed badly, the screw that you are given to attach the base has a round edge so that when you put the mirror stand on a flat surface IT WOBBLES around. not sure how such a blatant flaw can be overlooked?

this looked to be exactly what I was looking for, nice sturdy base. I read the negative reviews regarding it arriving broken, but I hoped with so many on the same subject, they might have improved their packing. they have not, mine arrived broken too, returned same day as it arrived.

It was very well packed, but unfortunately the “magnifying mirror was cracked” I would like a credit for this item please.
