Good solid shake
This mix has a good flavour, it doesn't taste too protein shake-y and it goes fine with water. Although obviously you can improve your enjoyment by using milk or blending with fruit or whatever at the expense of extra calories. The powder can be mixed with a spoon in a cup but a shaker is advisable if you want to avoid the splodges of powder. Even so, I sometimes use a blender just to make sure I get an extra smooth texture. I would say this mixes about the same as other brands I've tried. In terms of the nutritional content, I'd say this is a good level of protein and a decent price. You get a nice big pot of powder, with a plastic scoop inside just like most of the other brands. My only complaint is that there aren't more flavours, and I wouldn't say there's a huge amount to differentiate this from competitors.

Whey Tasty
I am reviewing a large tub of Multipower 900 g Coffee Caramel 100 Percent Pure Whey Protein Powder. Here are my thoughts:^^ I really like the taste of this. It is just as one would expect, sweet and caramelised coffee flavoured. Quite unusual for protein powders, well, those I've tried before and I have tried lots to aid muscle repair after a workout.^^ This does, however, have an after taste but I do not find it too bad. It is after all a healthy protein drink, not an unhealthy (but nice) chocolate bar.^^ Dissolves easily in water and works great for an after training session drink. Be warned it is strong, pure whey protein isolate. This is good as each serving packs a punch of 24g of pure protein with only 1.4g of carbs. If you are not used to these pure isolate drinks it can be a bit much for you at the recommended measure.^^ The 900g tub is massive. 2 lbs holds a lot, however, it does seem rather expensive considering it's only 30 servings a pack. Once a day is not too bad, as it's a month's worth, but if you have it twice a day then it's rather more expensive.Overall:I built up my usage of this to the recommended dosage and water amount over a period of about a week, so I didn't suffer any side effects. This has a great taste and I actually look forward to having this, so 4/5 stars from me - with the price being its only downfall.

Great powder.
Like other products in Multipower's range, this is great protein powder. If you use powders already, you'll appreciate that this has high levels of glutamine, B6 and that the whey protein is from isolate. Without attempting to explain the science of this, these are things you want in a powder. Creatine is another, though this is not a creatine-heavy powder. Nonetheless, it's a high rate of protein per serving and, crucially, the carb levels are very low indeed. Many powders are high in sugar, which may help some people who need energy to get them through a training regime, but if you want muscle without adding fat, this is great. Do note that it contains artificial sweeteners (mainly saccharin, but not aspartame, thankfully).I haven't given it five stars because it's not the perfect powder. It's certainly one of the better ones and I totally recommend it, but it could boast other added "incentives" like the aforementioned creatine, etc. Also, I was not fond of the taste of this. It seems more like they tried to create a flavour and decided what it tasted most like. Odd flavour, but you might like it more than I did. That aside, there are other flavours in the Multipower range and I will use it again.

A good protein powder, but not worth the full sales price
Taste: Caramel Coffee flavour was ok. A little on the sweet side for me (despite very low carbs). Bit more of an after taste than with some powders, so do wash down with some fresh water as well.Consistency: After vigorous mixing or shaking I have found the powder does not clump up, but does start to settle and separate after some time. A quick stir or shake though sorts this out quickly. Common with most powders, but not as bad as someResults: A good hit of protein after a work out, yet to notice a big difference between this an other powders I have used. With my current regime it helps offset snacking on "empty calorie" foods between meals. This alone is a plus, helping to stop me putting fat back on, but haven't noticed a big change muscle wise. I will update when I finish the product.Value for money: A little on the expensive side for the product, not sure if this will provide significant benefits over equivalent cheaper products, especially if you follow the recommended dosage.

Mild and pleasant flavour - mixes well
This whey powder was consumed after being mixed with skimmed milk in a liquidiser. Lots of different whey powders have been used over the years by my body-building partner and it is a product which has really helped with weight/muscle gain and with energy boosts. This particular powder was used in the same way as others and rated very highly because it mixed well with no lumps. The taste was mild and not overpowering - my tester enjoyed it a lot as it is an unusual flavour and it is always nice to have a change.

Firmly part of my new training routine
So I do a lot of cycling with a club and have been trying to add post ride protein into my routine, and I'm glad I have. Typically weeks of hard riding can leave your legs sore and energy levels lower than they should be. However, now I've added Multipower 900 g Coffee Caramel Protein things have changed. Having used the drink for a few weeks now, I've noticed my recovery rate has sped up and my fatigue levels have gone down. The drink itself is tasty enough. It does taste of coffee caramel (whilst some protein drinks can taste artificial). It's easy to mix and not to viscous making is easy to drink. I've read some reviews about the 'sweet taste' and whilst it is sweet, it is a caramel flavor and it's not over the top. Overall this is a product that's firmly part of my training routine now and well worth a try.

Good profile, mixed well and tastes great
A very good nutritional profile -- high in protein with added amino acids -- with minimal bulking. (I've tried other products that require twice as much powder to deliver the same amount of protein.). It also mixes very well. This isn't a flavour I'd have chosen, but that's changed: it tastes great and I prefer it to theΒ chocolate version .
