inverter fail to charge batteries. I purchased insurance for the inverter. there is no any help from factory in China. and Amazon total fail in customer service. when I tried to describe problem in description box it does not allowed me to sent it. when I asked to be contacted Amazon refers me to troubleshooting. In the end I have insurance for the item there is no any response from amazon or factory

I purchased this Inverter a year ago and it has worked perfectly since the day I turned it on.Ampinvt's Tech Support has been very responsive and provided answers to any questions within 24 hours... sometimes faster.I like the choices and ability to make my own settings in the Control Panel Menu and so far it has provided every feature that I need.I purchased the 3-year Extended Warranty 'Just-In-Case' but have not had to use it for anything.I am planning on building another system for another building, and I plan on sticking with a winner...Ampinvt.Thank you!(And No, I am not a paid reviewer or something. Ampinvt promptly answered a programming question, and requested I write a Review. I was delighted to, since everything with this inverter has been positive).I was very meticulous in my Install and wiring though. If any mistakes are made, Especially when working with Batteries, there can be dire consequences... and that wouldn't be the Inverter Manufacturer's fault.So Be Careful!

We set the inverter up and connected it to the server rack battery. Everything was working for a few weeks. Until the power went out and I turned main switch off. Turned the battery on then turned on the inverter. There was a loud pop sound and odor of burning wires. So I turned the battery and inverter off. Called for support and just being transferred all over the place.

It takes less than a 4 gage wire to go to the breaker box,that's to see small FF or 240 volts

Switched over from there basic 80amp controller to the spf controller worth every penny. I wish the battery terminals where bigger and the solar input terminals. The ac in and out are fine for 6/4 to a 2p 50amp breaker. I’m using there 80amp as back up along with the old inverter. One is none two is one. Great product.

I have had 2 of these now in the last 3 months. I praise amazon for being able to just return them. The inverter itself works as should. I don't like the firmware. But the reason for my 1 star review is that the charge controller that is built in keeps failing. The lights just go off and low battery alarm sounds out of nowhere. Going a different route.
