Great loads of space inside for sweets and choc, but it took more hits than a Russian protester to open this, in the end we ripped it and through the candy's in the air. Kids wouldn't let adults have a go so I suppose a very butch 10 year old could do it, the kids at the party aged 3 to 8 didn't stand a chance, throwing a pot noodle at concrete has more of a effect than a wooden pole to this, but the upside everyone got a 3rd, 4th 9th go! So definitely got my entertainment and moneys worth, last year a shop bought pinata broke on the second strike of the first child there was ten other children disappointed and I would much rather a stronger one like this.

Excellent pinata, just as pictured, really good size, well made, kids had a great time smashing it for ages- which is a good to channel the over excitement! I have learnt a little tip over time with these which is to pack them out a bit by putting in some cut up tissue paper and cellophane (I often cut up some of the packaging some other things have come in) - it creates a good effect when the paper flies out, the kids have to rumage through it and it reduces the cost of loads of prizes/sweets

Amazing! Ordered it for my 4 year olds birthday party there were older kids too, it did not break easily they had so much fun.

Its a bit smaller that I would have hoped and a tad more sturdier - so my little daughter (5 years of age at the time!) - needed a bit of dad help to break it!! The party went down a treat with it and totally recommend it.....

This was very hard to break into by the kids which is a good thing as you don't want it to be too easy. In the end a couple of adults had to help out.There's a perforated hole at the back for you to fill the pinata with goodies. A plastic strap to allow you to hang it up by.Very enjoyable and the theme is perfect for young girls.

Arrived in a battered old box, but was in perfect condition inside. Easy and reasonably discreet hole at the back for filling with treats. As with all pinatas, beforehand you need to score a few cuts in the bottom so that when the kids give it a bashing the sweets will eventually come spilling out. My five-year old and her friends did a great job destroying this with a plastic sword, and the girls all liked the design.

Absolutely perfect pinata for our princess. all her friends loved it.even the boys were impressed!i read previous reviews saying it was hard to get into and i do agree, but this made it more of a challenge for the group of friends we had so it was a bonus for us and became a big game in itselfgreat quality and bigger thank i expected .would highly recommend
