I was a bit hesitant to purchase after seeing a few poor reviews, one that said "burst into flames". I should not have worried as the item was well packaged, looks well made and worked right out of the box as a heater for my makeshift hot tub. On its highest setting, I was getting 56⁰ c, which is spectacular for a portable unit like this. The cut off feature of 20 mins is easily adapted to with a water timer on the feed in.

Unfortunately this item is cheaply made and to a low quality.Firstly when putting together the gas regulator broke ( yes I read about not over tightening it but still broke).Secondly the inners were not all tightened and rattled.Thirdly the shower head leaks from edge.I did manage to remove the gas regulator from our old boiler (a warmihomy loved it untill it died in the frost) and put it into this boiler after 2 hours of messing about I did manage to have a shower but if you do not have spare parts from a doner boiler you won't have much joy.I would have returned but also read that that is problematic aswell, BUY AT OWN RISK!

It was fitted in wooden out building with adequate ventilation as an outdoor off grid shower.maintained constant supply of hot waterEasy to install has worked daily without problems

Next day delivery, good price and a reliable product. I have an outside kitchen and this unit is perfect for hot water through the tap into the sink. It works on a micro switch so immediate hot water when you turn the tap. The flow is excellent and delivers hot 42’c water. Easy to connect ( I recommend a draining point to release the water in winter to avoid frost damage) and very safe.

This water heater works fine,the only bad thing is lack of pipe fittings,if you are fitting as a more permanent install you need 1/2"BSP tap fittings or better is tap flexible hoses.Don't forget,if fitting as replacement for water boiler you must use a vertical flue to outside.

This product was incredibly cheaply made, it leaked water and it leaked gas and caught fire. I think that this is a dangerous product and I would avoid using it inside. It might be ok to use as an outdoor shower set up but I would recommend not using it inside.

Value for money ease of installation good hot water good all round 👌

The shower head broke within the week. The rubber around the side worn/broke and the water is squirting from the sides
