I use this in my afternoon lemonade, I just add a little of this powder and WOW instant strawberry lemonade. Country Time quit making Strawberry lemonade. It taste just like theirs.GREAT STUFF I WILL ORDER THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I liked this product because I used to buy the fresh dragon fruit to put in my drink because I liked the pretty pink color. But dragon fruit is seasonal so it was very hard to get so having this powder is great. And it adds a nice flavor to my drink.

Great taste

This is a beautiful quality product, I used it for white chocolate raspberry truffles. It blended well with no lumps or clumping, beautiful vibrant pink color, pure flavor with only natural sweetening, perfect when you are looking for all natural ingredients. I will purchase this again.

Great quality and flavor. I added this to white cake batter with a light stir just before putting it in the pan, and it produced a wonderful light raspberry flavor and a great swirled color through the cake. Exactly what I had hoped for.

I have a friend who is a florist and she told me this stuff would turn anything blue--yup, even cheese! The outside of the rind held the color really well, but I guess due to the whey expulsion on the inside it was kinda faded. Still, it has wowed many people who see this pic. Has been really fun to use and I plan on doing more cheeses with it. And a pretty small amount will give you loud color!

There's only one thing I dis like and it's the hand sturing clumps other wise it's an amazing find I put it in my sweet bread and in smothie I also can use it to change the color of drinks too so worth the price and all

Has some strawberry on it, but has a ton of sugar. not what I was looking for.Bakers: taste the batter before adding more sugar
