Good album, but they have better.
The record looks great overall. Musically it's still good, but they have far better albums out there.

I think it's their best album. More rock than pop. Nailed the opening and closing tracks.
Great album. I bought this on vinyl. They really nailed it with the opening and closing tracks 'Bastard of Society' and 'Great Unknown'. 'S*** City' is another great anthem, 'Eye of The Storm' is a nice ballad and 'Blind Leads The Blind' is another decent rock track. It's not exactly all killer no filler, I really dislike 'Redefined' and the penultimate two tracks on the album ('We Rule' and 'Do You Want It') are pretty dull but mostly this is a really good album and the standout four or five tracks are right up there with H.E.A.T's best stuff. I'd say this album continues on from Tearing Down The Walls, it's more rocky than poppy in comparison to Address The Nation and the other earlier albums.Half the album is blow your mind fantastic, three songs are pretty weak with the remaining two in Time On Our Side and Best of The Broken are pretty decent.Not quite good enough for a 5 star rating but I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. it's a solid outing and the production quality just sounds great. I think it's their best album.

H.E.A.T s last album "Tearing Down The Walls" was one of the best rock albums of 2014 and probably their best ever album to date, This is not "Tearing Down The Walls" part 2! , however once you get use to the slight change in style and direction from their last album I think you will appreciate this album for what it is, impressive Melodic Rock! I still believe the latest album from Eclipse is still the one to beat for album of the year! For me this album by H.E.A.T grew on me with continuous play so please give it time to grow on you. CHECK IT OUT!

Evolution at it's best
It's great to hear H.e.a.t mature and evolve with each successive release. Here on this their 5th release (3rd with Grônwall on vocals) the stomp and swagger of previous records is evident, however they don't allow those previous records to define or restrict them.Yes there are all out rockers here but they nestle comfortably alongside songs that grow everytime you listen.There's been awful amount of negative comments about 'new sound' or 'not as heavy' as previous material. Imagine though if Leppard had not matured past 'Pyromania' or if Bon Jovi kept churning out 'Slippery When Wet' & 'New Jersey' sound alikes?This is band growing, it may not sound like 'Tearing Down the Walls', but that didn't sound like 'Address the Nation' either & in turn that sounded nothing like the previous 2.For me there is no filler here & it sounds fantastic.

It's Different...
I've followed this band from their very early UK appearances and seen them live many times since. No, this album is Not Address The Nation or Tearing Down The Walls, but it's still a superb album that has grown on me each time I've listened. People grow up, they mature, so do bands, it's unrealistic to expect they'll stay the same. I thought I detected an attempt to be slightly more commercial -can't knock them for that surely?!

Brilliant album to any real rock fans
Amazing item. In great condition, wrapped, very fast delivery, I’m happy and ready to listen.Brilliant album. Any rock fans would love this group and their album. Can’t get bored of listening to them. Looking forward to their concert.

Love this band but cannot agree with previous reviews of this cd, it's not a bad album but does not get anywhere near the heights of both address the nation and tearing down the walls or even the first two cds featuring Kenny Leckremo on vocals .bastard of society, redefined,eye of the storm,blind leads the blind and we rule stand out for me and would not be out of place on either of these albums but for me the rest is very average.

HEAT does it again!
Didn't expect this one to be as good as the others. After playing it a few times it grows immensely. Heat have altered direction a bit which is what all great bands do. A bit Dissapointed with some negative comments but can't expect the same sound every time. A brave step which works! Eye of the storm is my stand out track but not one bad one.
