This is a god send!! Firstly it makes me feel calmer (GABA) and has rapidly healed my muscles after weight training, improved my skin and ...one big improvement is my gut health!! Wow!! I eat clean, organic foods, only drink water etc yet still had bloating and digestive issues, I take probiotics etc, but maybe antibiotics last year and other stuff had damaged my intestines (as glutamine is the energy source for intestinal cells!) but my tummy dosent react to any meal I eat now, it’s calmer and flatter stomach! :)) I just put a scoop or two in some water once or twice a day and drink! perfect!

I used to always feel like I was coming down with a cold after a hard workout and after some research found out that it’s this I’m missing. I’ve been taking this for two weeks now and no sign of cold and I’m able to exercise every day now! Highly recommend!

Good product, enhances recovery as expected, standard taste. I am happy with it, as there are a number of products on the market that seem to contain fillers rather than unadulterated glutamine.
