I sign lots of letters each day with wet fountain pen ink. The outgoing copies go in this and the pink blotting board means they can be safely put in immediately after signature for dispatch later. Very good quality covers. The three holes in each blotting board are uniformly positioned throughout the book so that you can easily see if there are any documents left in at the end of the day. Two of the holes are on the inner edge and are perfectly positioned to see if you have small items in the signature book. The easy turn blotting board pages are individually tabbed at the foot with a strengthening strip which is good to improve the lifetime of the product. It is perfect for our letters which are on A4 size paper and smaller items would be no problem due to the positioning of the visibility holes. The replaceable on the front cover is very helpful for identifying the contents and new labels can be slipped in and out easily. This is a great product which I do not hesitate to recommend if you sign lots of letters off with wet signatures to post out at the end of the day.
