This is a great foam roller. It is quite sturdy and definitely gives you a deep tissue massage if you use the rougher sides. For more tender areas, I use the smoother side and it does the job. The only downside is that since it is so sturdy, it is slightly heavy. I wouldn't put it in my gym bag because it would be too annoying to carry, but I love using this product at home. I definitely recommend!! I run often and use it to roll out my legs and occasional shins splints. Works great!!

I ordered this 9 months ago and the cycling just cracked badly under rolling so wouldn't recommend. I'm lean around 13st so not a massive load either. The roller is also very hard (harder than trigger point ones) so wasn't massively keen on the roller itself anyway

I bought one of these 3 months ago but only used it twice. My son who is 11 stone has used it for 2 weeks and it’s cracked on the inner plastic.

I use this roller to receive muscle soreness & with other gym work. Appears to be durable and good for the job .

I am very happy with this roller. it is not easy to find a good roller, because it either to rough or to soft. This one is just perfect and very nice hight quality material. It feels very good ! I strongly recommend it !

J'ai pris ce produit pour mon mal de dos. Tous les matins, au réveil, j'ai toujours mal au dos et je me remets le dos en place tous les matins avec ce rouleau. Je n'ai pas encore exploité à fond ce rouleau pour les autres parties du corps. Je pèse 98 kg et il supporte parfaitement mon poids ! Je recommande !
