Here in the high desert, I was getting dust in the tracks on the windows so I decided to give this a try even though it really just talks about winter so far it has sealed the window well reduced the amount of dust in the house and when I wanna open the window, I peeled back the tape and there was no residue so far. I’m happy with it even though we have really hot summers. It seems to do well. To get mine to stick properly, I used isopropyl alcohol to clean all the surfaces where the tape would stick where I didn’t clean it well it didn’t stick well. Be sure to clean the surfaces really good or the tape just fills up with dust and won’t stick. it’s an important step.

Recently had tuck pointing done on condo. I put this on all windows, and no dust came through vs. the sheet of dust our neighbors had on everything. The tape is quite thick, so when you pull it off, it actually comes off in one piece vs. breaking like package tape (which I used when I ran out of this). It took the paint off the side of the wall, but it was perfectly safe on the window itself… I just got sloppy. Will buy again for winter.

The tape is very easy to apply. It doesn’t stick as well as I was hoping. I’ve had to go back and press it down on many occasions. If the surface is completely flat with zero texture it is great!

I had to seal my windows until the new ones arrive. It made an incredible difference. My windows are very old and I sealed the "leaks" or "cracks."

I purched this tape in January to use with sealing my patio door that has a dog door in it. Like others have mentioned, it does only last a while. This is not permanent. It started lifting up last month in August, and it is now mid September and I need to pull it off and reseal. Also, to mention, it is a clear tape, but it in not clear when you put it on. You can still see that you have tape on there. If you are picky about how your home looks, do not use this. Otherwise, it works for about 6 months as advertised.

Super easy to apply, sticks really well and seals out drafts, and most importantly is easily removed when winter is over! Applied to a vinyl windows and no marks were left. They're so transparent, my wife got frustrated because she couldn't open the window and didn't realize, this product was still applied!

Thought this would be great for a window in my shower that we wanted to protect from water, but before we could even have a chance to shower this tape pealed off. No water has even gotten on this so I would not recommend as this did not stick for long at all

Have a casement window in my attic that is in need of replacing (doesn't close all the way anymore) - was able to use this tape to seal the opening and keep both the bugs and the cold weather out until I get the window replaced. The product went on easily - the adhesive is very good - and it is thick enough that it will hold up for the winter months. Not as good as a new window - but definitely helps to keep the attic warmer and bug free.
