We boast a massive 52g of protein per 100g portion! During the marinating process we use our very own secret recipe of natural s and spices that are carefully roasted and ground on our premises. The meat pieces are then slowly air dried to perfection and packed in a protected atmosphere. It takes a huge 260g of freshly marinated lean beef to make just 100g of Biltong Sticks! All our meats are sourced from within the UK, passing the highest standards, and are fully traceable. Consistency: Our Original Biltong Sticks are totally lean with no and will have a Medium to Medium Well consistency. Ready-to-eat delicious beef snack. Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg.
