I'm going to base my review w/ complete HONESTY! I purchased the Bago Blue bag back in August 2020. The look of the bag is what quickly caught my eye. I immediately started reading the reviews the good & the bad and decided to go for it.£18.00 was a bit more than I wanted to spend, as the bag was only going to be used for work. But still, I loved how the blue Bago matched my scrubs. (it's a girl thing).Their Bag colours won't disappoint andnot the normal basics colours you find with most rucksacks.I was in love with my bag as soon as it arrived, and was pleased that others inquired about my bag.I like how the bag is designed with a large compartment instead of compartment flap after compartment. Perfect for putting a change of clothing or what you need for the day, wkend etc. Immediately you can feel how sturdy the material and stitching.One critique: In one photo of a man using the bag while his running- trekking. As an avid trail running, I thought I would put this bag to the test and sadly it just doesn't work, without a chest strap lock the bag slipped back and forth making my run on muddy trails unsafe.But for what I wanted and needed the BAGO BAG IS PERFECT!Sadly, within a couple of weeks, I noticed my bag was becoming harder to unzip, along with I notice the H20 cages started giving away.I contacted Amazon to exchange my bag. As my heart sunk I was informed the bag was NOT RETURNABLE! I was at that point so upset, no what!?! The first time Amazon said No to a return!!HOWEVER!!!!! PLEASE READ AS THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!!!!When receiving my bag I was told to set up the verification and warranty of my bag. Which I did that very same day.I reached out to Bago customer service and if I'm honest I was NOT EXPECTING ANY RESULTS!! Thankfully I was WRONG!!I explained my issue and within a couple of hours, I received a very heartfelt apology.I was told they would immediately send me out a new bag at once, and left open continual communication.WITHIN two days I had a new BAGO bag and since then my other half has to order us a few more of there travelling bags!!!I love everything about this bag, I've been caught in the rain twice now and everything inside my bag has been dry! I can pack a change of clothing, my lunch, work paperwork (files) with no problem!!I've not had one issue with my second bag, and love using it daily, with knowing Bago company honour their warranty with their bags they will have a customer for life!

I love this bag! Nice strong fabric with lots of pockets for keeping important items in. Surprising amount of space, almost as much as my old ordinary size bag. Really easy to carry and lightweight. And it looks happy!

These are fantastic bags. I bought mine in October2018 to tuck in a suitcase and use on a city break, and it was ideal for that. It also turned out to be the perfect size for keeping everything in, hanging by the door, and grabbing whenever I go out, so I have ended up using it pretty much every day since then (it's now Feb 2021). In addition to the main bag and mesh pockets, there are two zipped pockets - an outer pocket which is perfect for headphones, hand sanitiser etc.; and an inner pocket which is where my wallet lives permanently alongside small items that I need to keep dry. After 2 years of constant use it still looks good, and works well. The only problem I have had with it in two years was some minor fraying of the zip hem inside the bag which caused loose threads to get caught in the zip, but that was easily fixed by trimming the threads.

I bought this to carry my swimming things to the gym each day as I was finding it increasingly uncomfortable to carry a hold-all. I can get my towels ( lightweight microfibres towels), toiletries and clean underwear comfortably in he main compartment and my goggles, keys, phone and a bottle of water in the other pockets. Would really recommend

I bought 2 of these for the kids to use for school.Items arrived in good time for the start of term, however by half term the outer netting had started to detach from the edging on one of the bags.We had registered the bags with the seller to take advantage of their guarantee, so when I reported the fault (with a photo) I had an instant response even though it was a Saturday. A replacement bag was arranged without hesitation and arrived a couple of days later.If it hadn't been for the excellent customer service I would have given this 3 stars, which would have been a shame because other than the netting issue the bags are great for primary school kids. Lots of room inside for everything they need at that age.The bags seem fairly tough considering how lightweight they are, but I don't know how they would stand up to the heavier requirements of older kids. Our kids love them and I would definitely recommend them for younger children. If you do buy one, don't throw away the guarantee flyer that comes with it and be sure to register your purchase. If there happens to be an issue with it they are true to their word with replacements.
