Rubbish
Total and utter garbage , these do NOT improve hand grip what so ever. Using them involves stretching the fingers back rather than gripping .In my opinion these are not conducive to the health of your tendons , completely useless , I would return them but I left it too long before I opened the package .I'm throwing them in the bin as soon as I post this .Don't buy these , but hand grips instead ..

Velcro keeps failing
It does work when you finally get the velcro stap on but 5-10 minutes after first use the velcro kept slipping off when using
