Looked great online. When I took it out of the box, it was in multiple pieces.

I love the color, which is a rich dark navy. The hands appear to be a golden wood and are quite distinctive from the navy background. The numbers are indicated by raised bubbles, also in navy. And herein lies the problem. The bubbles are visible only in certain light, the brighter the better. In the dim evening lighting, the only thing visible on the clock face is the hands themselves. Having been accustomed to reading analog clocks for decades, this is not a particular issue for us, but I can see where some might find it objectionable.Did I mention the clock is absolutely silent? No noise at all.I received this item in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion.

Just pop in a AA battery (not included) set the clock and you're done. Can't be simpler. This is a quality clock in that it has sides on it and a plastic bezel. Not like cheaper ones that are basically a flat plate with a clock movement stuck in the middle.

I bought this clock to match my house's wood-white decor and I'm not disappointed. The clock is so beautiful, well made and works perfectly, super silent. It needs 1 AA battery which is not included. An amazing accent to my house, will definitely recommend

This clock is small and very simple. There is a spot in the back for batteries and you can also hang it. I put it as decor on my mantle and there is a brick wall behind it, so it's just laying against the wall. It works well for what I wanted. And I love the black.

If you want to avoid a ticking clock, this is for you. Beautiful design. It is very large - so be sure to look at the dimensions before purchasing.

Nice looking clock. Had some plastic shavings on the inside which I struggle to move but eventually dropped off the plastic cover. Most annoying this though is that this is not silent. It doesn't tick every second but rather constantly ticks quietly as you can hear the mechanism working so it's actually more annoying than a ticking clock!
