These work just as well as the Nelson brand l used to get from HOLLAND & BARRATT. Slightly more expensive ( but then everything is), & slightly bigger. The bottle is better as the original container as it was a press top & difficult to use.

Sepia helps you feel more like your normal self. It reduces the hot flashes and aid’s my sleep. I would highly recommend this for anyone going through menopause who doesn’t want a prescription based hormone replacement. I have also tried other natural products including creams and other tablet brands. This is the best one I’ve found.

I have been using these for a while, however purchased direct from Ainstree on Amazon following my Homeopath retiring without any pre-notice. I have noticed a massive difference since using this brand and unfortunately these are not working for me.

My wife finds this very useful for controlling hot flushes.
