Ingredients Active Ingredients: Menthol BP 1.35% w/w Camphor BP 9.00% w/w Methyl Salicylate BP 0.33% w/w Also contains: Eucalyptus Oil, Pumilio Pine Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow Soft Paraffin Directions Dosage: Adults (including the elderly) and children over 1 year old: Apply 2-3 times daily. Directions: Sufferers from colds, catarrh and hay fever can benefit by rubbing Mentholatum on to the chest, throat and back. For alternative relief, melt one teaspoonful of this special balm in hot water. Inhale the natural menthol medicated vapour to ease nasal congestion, making breathing easier.
