had to re profile blade and i did finially get it sharp
Good now.! I have had to work on a couple of my condor knives to get a good edge I think it all boils down to that stupid convex edge they put on the knives.It is so severe it is just "rounded off"any edge it may have had'

So I was pretty disappointed, this is by far the dullest knife ...
This is just an initial review, I haven’t used it yet. So I was pretty disappointed, this is by far the dullest knife I’ve ever purchased. I honestly think it slipped through the cracks while the guy who was supposed to sharpen it was at lunch. Seriously if it didn’t have a pointy tip I wouldn’t worry about my 5 year old playing with it. I don’t think you could cut yourself if you tried. I’m not exaggerating there is no edge, probably equal to a butter knife. The sheath seems nice. I guess I’ll spend the time to profile the blade and see how it does.

Nice Steel
This knife works well for me. I use it for freshwater fish. The steel seems harder than my other fish knives. It takes some time to sharpen, but retains the edge very well.
