Very good item for my son. He's only 5yrs, and he wears it every day to school. The battery life is very long it only as to charge 1 per week. Very durable, it's waterproof (and like some other bands that says the item it waterproof and then when put to the test, water goes in and start to fog up the screen) the screen of this item doesn't get foggy. It remains crystal clear. Very easy to use. Very bright, it even has a flashing on it.

My granddaughter loves this watch! And it has many more features than I even thought that it had to begin with. Great purchase for the money. Highly recommended (bought for a 9 year old girl)

So I bought this for Christmas 2023 and by February it was completely unresponsive. No charging, no screen, no sound, nothing.I opened it which is pretty easy. No water damage. Everything inside looked brand new with no damage. So instead of writing a review, I decided to contact the seller for a replacement. Got no reply.So here is my review.Otherwise my daughter “loved” it.Update: They reached out to me and sent me a new updates watch, which was great. I’m giving 4 only because of the inconvenience. But they corrected their mistake with great customer service. Thank you

The media could not be loaded. This watch was delivered to me on February 24th. It’s now April 7th, that’s only about a month and a half or so. My son has used it every day, we’ve followed instructions completely since we opened the box. About a week ago it just completely turned off. It does not turn on AT ALL, just off with a black screen. I’ve reset it, charged it, I’ve done everything and it just DOESN’T WORK. I’m a penny pincher and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff, but my son wanted this so bad so I caved in. I regret it now! Do not waste your money on a product that lasts only one month. I bought this because of the good reviews. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones who received a dysfunctional watch. It does not give me an option to contact the seller on here and when I tried to reach out to Amazon customer service there’s nothing they can do. Again, do not waste your money. Other than that, if it would actually last long, it would be perfect for kiddos. My son did love it when it did work.Update April 14:The customer service of this seller is amazing. They saw my review and sent me an upgraded replacement watch for my son free of charge. It works great so far and I am grateful because they did not have to do that. Customer service 100000/10!

It was a great watch, and my son really enjoyed it. However, it’s been just 1 year and 2 months since the purchase, and now it doesn’t turn on at all. It seems like this watch doesn’t have much longevity.

Out of all the gifts my 6 year old daughter got for her birthday this was her favorite. It has so many features! Endless imagination play with all the features! Also the company has AMAZING customer service!! Over all wonderful purchase!!
