Poor Quality
These were supposed to glow in the dark and they did not. They also popped very easily, even without being touched. I was unable to use them for what I intended.

All colors do not fluoresce.
The purple and the blue balloons DO NOT Flores, the yellow green and red are good .

Multiple holes in balloons-PINK DID NOT GLOW AT ALL
Some of the balloons worked for my classroom glow themed day. I had 6 blacklight in a small space and everything looked wonder except the balloons. The pink balloons did not glow at all. They also had several holes in them before blowing them up. I would say that I wasted more than half the bag. Wast of money. Of course it is outside of the return window by a few days...
