worked with two applications to get rid of aphids
It worked with two applications to gill tiny aphids on my Sagina and String of Pearl Plant, the first time I didn't warm it so it might explain why the firs application didn't go so well, the second time I warmed the water and I warmed the oil first in a beaker of hot water. Stinks but as long as I wear a mask it doesn't affect my asthma. Even orange oil in a spray affects my asthma so don't read too much in to that. Used with the soap as emulsifier in the same range. Wroth noting you do need both! Double check your pests after a few days there was one small group on one shoot which I just cut off! But it's been a weeks since I last needed to use this.

Not as effective as I'd hoped
I bought this to up the anti on my yearly battle with thrip on my Elaeagnus hedge. I did what the blogs suggested and used 5ml to 1 litre of warm water with a solution of hand soap and washing up liquid. The smell is bad, but bearable and not as bad as chemical insecticide, which I won't use. I sprayed some on the leaves of a sea holly to deter the snails with some success, but it says to use at night because it can be harmful to bees, which I found off putting. I didn't find it to be as effective as using my usual blend of tea tree, washing up liquid and hand soap. I might experiment by adding tea tree as well to the next batch, it's potent stuff!

The best nit killer
I bought this to kill nits after my son caught them and then passed them on to me. I had tried on over-the-counter type treatment to eradicate the little demons but it didn't work so thought this was worth a go. When this arrived I warmed it up (to turn it from solid to liquid) and mixed it with some almond oil and tea tree oil (although in hindsight neither of these were necessary). I put this mixed on our hair and rubbed it in thoroughly from scalp to tip, and left it on for 90 minutes. I should probably add a warning at this point that it does stink and will require about 4 shampoos to get rid of the smell (one after the other is fine). I noticed an immediate reduction in itching and followed this up for the next week by adding a couple of drops of tea tree oil to our shampoo each time we had a shower. After a week there was no more itching at all! This stuff is brilliant. I have about 2/3 of the bottle left and this will be the first thing I grab if we ever get the creepy little critters again!

A wonder product !
A 'lifesaver' in my battle against white kitchen mites, which came into my home from artisan rye bread bought from a well-known local store. An application using hot water, to which I added a capful or two, helped to clear my compost bin in which I dumped the bread without thinking, once I discovered it was 'crawling' with them. They had then surfaced in their thousands to the rim to form a rime, where I could drench them with the liquid, which helped straightaway. Though reapplication was needed from time to time, the numbers went down, until the creatures that were wanted in the compost bin gained control & I can safely say at least the mites have now disappeared from there. Unfortunately, my kitchen also got 'contaminated', which has been harder to completely clear as quickly, but so useful where a natural product is needed should there be any fresh signs. I also discovered in watering a delicate plant with excess liquid, it was stopped from dying after leaves were turning yellow & wouldn't stop shedding after it got attacked by aphids. Now the leaves are glossy dark green and flourishing and producing flower buds for the first time in years! Can't speak highly enough of this product and best of all is so long lasting!

It works brilliantly
I have used neem oil for a couple of years now and it really does work very well. It also does not kill the good bugs but you do have to follow some rules to protect them. A little goes a long way and you can make it as weak or as strong as you like. There is no horrible smell and you just use any old spray bottle.

It works
If you’ve ever wondered what death smells like, this is it! It’s so so disgusting it makes me heev! But I bought for my dog who I’ve spent hundreds on, with vets fobbing her off giving tablets that do nothing, and this works. She has some kind of skin complaint and nothing has helped like this has. I poured this on her and left her outside while I gagged indoors. Half hour later I went and bathed her in coal tar dog shampoo, and for the next week she produced a snow storm of flakes wherever she went. Constant sweeping hoovering mopping and washing of her blankets but her skin is not flaking and she’s not biting now. I really want to chuck this on her on a monthly basis but the smell lingers even after a bath and it’s soooo awful. Her skin is much better since using this. I also use the neem powder in her food which thankfully doesn’t smell.

It's like hard lard...
It works .but it like lard when cold . So you have to heat it up in hot water..as soon as u put it in cold water it want to go hard again.. And after a couple of days / week you will get mould on the soil like LOT .....but it does work not instantly but over a month or 2 it will the bug and one that hatch from egg...Will then die to as the neem oil is in the soil . Sticks,it's hard to use..but work . But just awkward . You just want a pour and go...

Das Öl hat einen gewöhnungsbedürftigen Geruch und bis jetzt wirkt es an meiner Hainbuche Hecke und sogar auf den Edelrosen. Bis jetzt gibt es kein Parasitenbefall
