KitSound Fresh Alarm Clock Radio Docking Station with Lightning Connector for iPhone, iPod Nano and iPod Touch - Black

I find it quite bizarre how a manufacturer can produce a product with a basic design flaw. Whenever you switch the unit on, it does not revert to any of the saved radio stations. This has been confirmed by the Customer Services at KitSound. So, you switch the unit on and you have to press the button to select a stored radio station. So what you may say? Well, what if you want to wake up to the radio with the alarm? The radio comes on very loud with no stored radio station, just a hiss! Very poor design flaw. I tried to email KitSound as was sure that I was doing something wrong. The email in the instruction that they provide does not work! It bounces back, saying email does not exist. So I used their contact form on their website, where they promise a reply in 1 day. Well, 5 days later and still nothing. So I rang them. Their Customer Services girl had not even heard of the product and had to search their own website to confirm that it was one of their products. She then spoke to their Technical Department and they confirmed what I had said and promised to look into a solution and get back to me the same afternoon. 4 days later and still have not had any response. So, I've returned the item and had a full refund. The unit is totally useless and the manufacturer are even worse, avoid at all costs.

Was expected to arrive at the earliest on Monday the 14th but arrived this morning (11th). I'm 18 years old so very much into my music, and this is just perfect. An absolute steal! The sound is crystal clear, and the quality doesn't deteriorate the louder you put it. I would recommend this to anyone, it's not too small or too big.. It's perfect! Don't hesitate!

This product is just rubblishYou can't store the radio station so when you press the on button the radio goes to the saved station you just get alot of staticSame when trying to set the alarm if you set to get the radio once the alarm goes off you wake up to loud static screaming at youAlso whatever you do don't get a power cut or unplug it everything will be lostIf the price total rubblish I'm returning mine for a full refundOh and don't bother emailing the support team thats on the back of the manual they wont reply

I bought this as a birthday present for my teenage son and he absolutely loves it. He loves how he can use it as a speaker and that he can easily charge his phone overnight. Setting the dock up his fairly quick and simple. The only downside to it in both of our opinions is that sometimes when you plug your phone in and then remove it the next day, the clock freezes or slightly changes. But apart from that, it is superb. Would definitely buy it again as a present.

Radio cuts in and out :( sound gets fuzzy when put to the loudest settings.

useless as an alarm clock, only white noise or annoying buzzer. After 2 days, preset radio stations didn't work anymore. After 2 weeks, standby button has to be pressed repeatedly before unit turns on, and then completely re-tuned to desired station. Waste of money.... Tried to contact seller but no response, have tried again today through amazon.
