Got everything that is displayed.
I bought this for my daughter's recent birthday and EVERYTHING shown was in the package. The balloons are really delicate so beware of surroundings, but overall 10/10.

Would not recommend! when I received items it came with banner tablecloth plates and napkins and that’s it did not have balloons cake/cupcake toppers or invitations. Also print on banner is bad quality, color fade and smear marks on banner

Chemical smell!
The included balloons have a intense chemical smell, completely unusable for a Children's birthday party. My family are getting headaches and making my home smell like toxic chemicals. Not worth the money spent not being able to use the balloons. I would definitely not purchase again.
