I've worn this as a skirt over my yoga leggings, around my waist to stop my tops coming up and underneath tops which are a little too revealing. It's really versatile and for exactly as I expected.

Very expensive for what it is and thinner material than expected. In the end it is just a stretchy tube so does not match the hype in the blurb. Probably a good idea to keep lumbar and kidney area warm but a vest would be just as good and not so expensive!
